Biology was the easiest and most scoring section of the paper. Most questions were directly based on NCERT and focused on topics such as Genetics, Human Physiology, Reproduction, Ecology, and Plant Physiology. Well-prepared candidates found the section manageable.

Chemistry was of moderate difficulty with a balanced mix of Organic, Inorganic, and Physical Chemistry. While many questions were NCERT-based, some Physical Chemistry numericals and conceptual questions required careful attention.
Physics was the toughest and most time-consuming section of the exam. Questions were calculation-based and application-oriented, with major weightage from Mechanics, Electrodynamics, Thermodynamics, and Modern Physics.
