CLAT Registration 2025

CLAT registration for 2025 has started today, 1 August 2025. Candidates who want to pursue law courses at top National Law Universities can now apply online at the official CLAT website (consortiumofnlus.ac.in). The last date to register is 31 October 2025, so make sure to fill the form before the deadline. The application fee is Rs 4,000 for General/OBC/PWD candidates and Rs 3,500 for SC/ST/BPL candidates.

What is CLAT Exam?

The Common Law Admission Test (CLAT) is a national-level entrance exam conducted for admission to undergraduate (UG) and postgraduate (PG) law programs at India’s top National Law Universities (NLUs). It is conducted annually by the Consortium of National Law Universities (NLUs). CLAT 2026 Counselling

CLAT 2026 counselling is expected to begin in mid-December 2025, shortly after the results of the entrance exam are announced. The process will be conducted online through a centralized system managed by the Consortium of National Law Universities. Only candidates whose names appear on the invite list will be eligible to participate.
